New Card-"Mirror, Mirror."

A rare card, "Mirror, Mirror" operates much like a traditional duplicate card, except for the price of 20 turns you get a chance to DOUBLE the number of one user selected card.

For example, you want to finish off a recently crapped upon MOW and need a lot of Master Craftsman cards. You could duplicate and buy packs until you had HALF the total amount you needed to undo this great injustice. You could then cast the "Mirror, Mirror" card on your MC stack until the double goes through.

Any balance issues could be fixed by lowering the 50% chance that a duplicate has to say maybe 20%, so really you'd need 5 rare "Mirror, Mirror" cards and 100 turns in our wounded MOW scenario. Another fun way would be 50% double, 30% fail, 20% you LOSE all cards you had in the stack:)

Any comments automatically bettered if you know what TV series had an episode this card is named after. No google cheating!!!

The Prisoner : best opening titles of any show of the era.. and I still want a Lotus 7.. in green with the yellow nose...

Edit : erk... wrong... episode I was thinking of was the one where he has a doppelganger show up... but it was a long time ago... but there is an intriguing link to the show you meant.. but thats hard core fanboy stuff...

I like the card, but I think it needs a name change. When I looked at the name, I thought it would be a card that reflects cast voodoo back to the caster...

Is this your card's effect?

15 cards to 23 cards.

You are close with nerd sic fi, but the answer is much more mainstream (although I liked the prisoner, I''ve seen all the episodes I still have no idea what is going on).

If successful, navi, the best result would be your 15 becomes 30, but there might be a chance you lose cards. If am allowed an edit, i think losing ALL the cards is too harsh, maybe 10%-20% loss would be a better balance.
