Used on an unsuspecting Spanish Governor, u can find out how he keeps showing up almost daily with the most profitable fleet.. Used on friendlies, speaks volumes on trust, etc.. I like this card more if there is (Undercover) on it..

You could just mail me and ask, same way others have : no big secret involved, no big voodoo reqd either.

I hoped u take what i said with a little bit of humility. But back to the card, i personally see some potential with it, of course only if it has (Undercover).

humility.. yeah, I have problems with that too... but, nobody's perfect...

It is not something one thinks, it is something one simply knows

But, to get back on topic : this card would effectively make undercover use meaningless as a target could find out retrospectively who cast what on whom, assuming they target the right suspect : as such, it would unbalance those cards with that capability.
