If it is me I will blow all my turns on Treasure Hunt or Daughters before casting :p
That kind of Special of card existence limit suits the overwhelming power of the card itself but will backfire if the card holder become inactive

must waste a lot of Magpies to get it back into play.
This card alone can clean off any Top10 players with most ships.

Ummmm... good luck wasting turns before you cast it, and there is a provision for the case where the player holding it becomes inactive, too

Just a thought : use all your turns casting this card... then use what turns to hit the fleets it produces? Of course, unless you can do a quick 200 turns coin, you wont have many, but the vultures who will quickly gather at this feast will thank-you, perhaps. So, perhaps the card should be called 'Excessive Altruism'?

the point is to cast this card and watch a mass slaughter commence. And besides, it would show who was the best. Since newcomer protection would still be active, there would be one really good noob and one really good master. The caster also comes under considerable risk, because they are not protected/excluded by the card's effect. Actually, they are probably more in danger than anyone else, because they have no turns to attack, and they just gained 50 danger points, and they just forced everybody into a war that they didn't want to participate in.

Just send a fleet containing a level 1 cutter, gets sunk first hit your out

. The major downsides of this card that are immediately evident are 2 things:-
1) By sending anyone active in the last 24 hours it would show you all the 24h+ inactive players, allow for quick assessing of strength and weakness.
2)It would show you the Gold of anyone active in the last 24h, allow you to assess good targets for either attack or booty master.
Why i like the idea i would have to say -1 to the card.
Maybe instead a monthly battle royal, people choose to participate and you can only use the one fleet you've designated for attacking other battle royal fleets, start with X danger when it commences and reduced DR reduction rules apply(possibly), either score win/lose/draw and do it on points or have another mechanic, X amount of repairs, must have danger, etc...

yes there is the option of sending a lv1 cutter into the fray, and there is that strategy as well. However, if everyone sends a lv1 cutter into this battle, there will still wind up being one left at the end with a crap load of danger points on it... besides, this makes it far more interesting because of the element of unpredictability it offers, rather than a scheduled event.

interesting but it has flaws.
this is bias to players with a large number of fleets. if you only have two or three fleets and one gets stuck in a port with 50 damage that is going to s**k and may put new player off the game.
1 month is a long time in game time, if we say 100 players take 2 weeks to use the card then for each to have a turn would be over 4 years.
this would be a lot of work for very little.
but if it was a card that blocked ports so you can't leave once you have entered if you have a danger rating (pick any port)
doubling your danger rating on arrival and the time for danger rating is reduced by x 4 (1 danger rating every 4 hours)
card must be used within 24 or 48 hours. and only lasts 6 - 12 hours
this would be more a guild card a personal card.
Or a card that adds 40 danger points to all players fleets that have been inactive for 60 days. they have gold and ship that should go to a new home.

How about innactives, instead of deletion, become automatically 999 danger until they are devoured by all of us.
The pickings are pretty slim right now...
