just a few ideas for names.

as for the card itself, considering how INCREDIBLY POWERFUL this card is, a casting cost of 3 turns is overpowered. Even 10-15 would be pushing it. 18 is the reigning champion for casting cost. So 18 would be my Humble recommendation.
