Yes but in that fleet are ships. Correct on the second sentence.

Correct Haron; So if you are willing to pay for the card, you do not need to cast 30 Call Levs to get to the main ships.

It would add strategy, whether to cast Call Lev's or this card.

Although I was not going to say anything about tail ships, as that is scary

I would call this Lazy Pirate. No way voodoo should go against a players decision on fleet build. This is simply a card designed to avoid the work that comes with desiring someones ship and setting out to get it. Would I love to possess it? Sure. But someone rearranging my fleet against my obvious choice of placement would be akin to hacking in my opinion. -1
