Not powerful enough to be legendary. I'd say a rare card that'd be worth about 10 credits. Although it should have a lasting effect until the pirate with curse active on him loses an attack maybe 7 days. 2 turns a plunder, how awesome!!! +1

Make it a rare, add timing limits and stuff, and maybe rename it.. and I would give you a BOLD +1.

Chal has a good thing going here. Let's reopen this discussion. I'll propose some missing components of the suggestions and make some tweaks so we can continue.

Name: Dogs of War (new name needed maybe?)
Rarity: Legendary
Recipe:
15x Death Poker
15x Time Spiral
Crafting Time: 48 hours

Casting turn cost: 24 turns

Description: After every successful 10 plunders against target player by the caster, plundering the target player costs 1 less turn (with a limit of -2 turns). Upon losing any battle (against any player) the voodoo card is cancelled and the battle costs the normal amount of turns.

Example:
40 turns for 10 plunders (4 turns each)
30 turns for 10 plunders (3 turns each)
130 turns for 65 plunders (2 turns each) (usually costs 260 turns)
====at this point you have plundered 85 times for 200 turns instead of the usual 340====
376 turns for 188 plunders
====at this point you have used 24 turns to cast the card + 576 turns and plundered 273 times instead of the usual 150 plunders====

This all assumes you are a good fighter and have not suffered a loss.

I like this suggestion because it rewards good players who don't lose battles not all players. This also encourages a guild to plunder the raiding party instead of only casting serenity/purify on their friend. More guildmate plundering means more targets for the pirates and more fun.

Is 123 extra plunders too much for the cost of 30 common cards? I believe with level 20 Piracy tech those 123 plunders are worth 6-13M gold.

I agree the price needs to be higher. And it is unacceptable without a duration. I am thinking 3 days as mentioned before.

I would say 25 Death Poker, 25 Bless, 10 Disfavor, 3 Ambush.

This saves a LOT of turns.
Just repeat after me: "Czar Ivan did not help me win the elections."
