I think a card that works like a mindbar and can be used together with an ordinary mindbar, is very powerful in itself. The reflection part becomes a detail. With two mindbars, it will take on average 16 serenity cards to remove the first mindbar, and another 4 to remove the second mindbar. And only every 16th card will get through if you try casting without removing them first. Add 5 countercurses, and it will take 80 junk voodoo cards to get rid of those first. That will burn up a lot of turns. This would be very powerful both offensively AND defensively, which is something I like.
I think, however, that the "reflect" part just causes complication, without adding much - it's the effect of an additional mindbar that's really important. That's a truly powerful effect. Make sure the cost reflects the value
