I don't think that the defender should be able to cast with this active and any active voodoo they have should be cancelled before activating.

I will admit it, its a complete defensive voodoo, it clears all active voodoo on target on cast, and no voodoo can be cast on him for the duration.

This is why its so powerful, and I made the cost so high.
