Stowaway (Voodoo)

Name - Stowaway
Turns - 5
Rarity - Common
Effects - All Player Fleets
Lasts - 5 Days

Description - A ton of Stowaways have flooded your ships in search for (Insert Random Port)! The Stowaways demand food, and you are NOT allowed to kill them.

Result - Stowaway Upkeep = Same as your Crew Upkeep. / Double your Crew Upkeep until fleets arrives at specific port or voodoo runs out.
Just repeat after me: "Czar Ivan did not help me win the elections."

Upkeep is calculated at game reset time so the curse would not work unless it was right at reset time.
Neat idea but prolly needs some work to make it functional. It will have a much better chance of finding a spot in game if it was incorporated into a combined voodoo of even more power.
Give it some thought and see if you can "supersize" it for legendary voodoo useage.

Do Stow-aways count as cargo? Can I sell them into slavery? What happens to the Stow-aways when a purify or serenity is cast, do they abandon ship and drown in the middle of the ocean?

Stowaways count as crew. You cannot sell them into slavery. If cast, they disperse from the ships.

doesn't taxation already do this? only better since it includes doubling your cannon costs aswell. -1
