Turns Needed: 3
Curse Target: Ships available for recovery by Tidal Wave

Duration:
Until first use.

Description:
In the aftermath of a battle, a ruined hulk is floating unmanned and adrift. Your crew try to salvage some of its cargo.

I have noticed that ships recovered by "Tidal Wave" can still have cargo aboard. This card empties such ships of cargo up to the limit of the cargo holds of the player's fleet (ie 0 if they are already full or if there are no cargoes left to salvage)

So you say it will return cargo found from sunk ships? In this case, it should be cheap, like 1 turn and common.
