It is possible to make this work

I would suggest it being like this:

Name:Deep Freeze
Cost:10 turns
Rarity:Rare
Effect:
Target fleet gains +1 danger per hour
If the targeted fleet is in motion, then its travel time is reduced by 25%.When it reaches port, then it can no longer travel.
As long as target fleet remains in port, its danger drop from attacks is halved.

only the player that was last attacked by this fleet can cast this card on the chosen fleet.

The player that this card targets can only be attacked by the caster of this card.
In the beginning, the world was created. This has widely been regarded as a bad move.

Um, what I originally had in mind was a card you could play after you were raided. Say the pirate in question had 160 danger points on his raider fleet. After you cast this card, that danger is on that fleet no matter what and it can't move or defleet ships for a whole day--its got to sit out with high danger stuck in a port for all to see...

Now someone can cast hideouts or simply hide out, I sought to make sweating high danger even more hair raising.


That's what i thought you meant. Instead of some complicated card, just rewrite the original version to say, select target fleet, fleet doesn't gain or lose danger, fleet can't change ports. The only way danger decreases is if attacked. Only person last attacked by that fleet my cast. Common/uncommon. (I say common.)

But I put so much work into my response, and It is basically the same, AND it sounds better the way I say it.

Can we just pretend you didn't say anything about it and just go with the way I phrased it?

but anyway, if CJ likes it do it, tweak it if you want, happy to take my 1000 credits if you use it (cause I found art, see I read the directions).
