I don't see this image being offensive, it's a great depiction of forced labor. Slaves and peasants had to work in the field in the pirate age, and it matches the time era of this game.

Yeah, your probably are not going to find a better picture of forced labor relating to the age of pirates. Unless someone draws it out them selves.

Nothing against the picture but,
Maybe forced labour refers more to the press gangs who would kidnap men off the streets to work on ships.
Some people were forced to work on the clipper ships bringing tea back to europe from china and this was known as being shanghiaed.
