A friend of mine has notice that this card does not contain an ID. As you know voodoo also contains an ID from 1 to however many they are. All the existing voodoo has one (1-61) except this Card. Does that mean this card cannot be obtain nor be used as off this moment?

The only cards that will do that are Relics except relics can only be cast on yourself so it is sort of a balance.
