It affects all fleets under the control of target player.

Once applied, a fleet that gets attacked will drop half the danger of the original amount. If the standard danger drop is 18 points, once applied it will drop by 9 points.

This affect applies last in danger drop calculation. This means that if you affect danger drop with other ways, then the affected danger will be subject to half once this card applies.

I would suggest changing the word attack to defense. I cast this on myself thinking it would half my attack danger per attack. Not good. Instead it makes me vulnerable for a longer period of attacks.

I like the sugestion though

This description like a lot of the voodoo is very confusing.

First off it is not an enhancement!

Second the description might say "Halves danger drop of target per Attack"
