I am sure one of the 'higher' tier guilds such as HELM, SSTG or even ATC could 'half' there advanced players to dedicated trading guilds.

No?

Which if the 'players' say safety in numbers, perhaps provide a 'two part' guild sort to speak where you can see active enchantments between each guild. And guild chat log of both guilds - First guild has got to agree to be the 'neighbour' though

Im also agree with that. i saw daily almost more than 10-20 players who have more than 100 fame in recently joined tab. i tried to invite all of them to the HELM but training more players at same time can be a big problem. 3-4 Active recruiting training guilds can easily increase playerbase tremendously.

We have more than 30 active players who joined to the game in last two months. With more training guild and more player efforts. in 1 year we can easily double the current player numbers. Also some of them buying credits and supporting game too. Which means better features and gameplay for all of us.
