Resource selling price for non producing ports is dropping below the Base Price minimum. E.g. Baramas is buying Tools at 19, less than the Base Price minimum for Tools at 20; Baramas, Caspian & Chalkos ports are all buying Wood at 7, less than the Base Price minimum for Wood of 8.

The in-game help file needs to be updated.

As of version 1.9.86 (last help file update 1.8.274), the market prices are also affected by the stock in port ( viewtopic.php?f=19&t=4225# )
