I need to decrease the population of Pania for a mission but I don't know how to decrease it.Can anybody help?

I need to decrease the population of Pania for a mission but I don't know how to decrease it.Can anybody help?

There are two ways:

1.) Voodoo Card - Black Death -- This is the most efficient and quickest way to reduce port population. If you don't have sufficient voodoo cards, you can purchase them on Card Market. As well, if you don't have the credits to purchase them, you can ask a veteran player (such as myself) or your guild to help you obtain them.

2.) Trade Route - Immigrants -- This is very slow. Even if you had sufficient ships, it would still take some time to move the population away from the port.
