I didn't put this in 'Bugs" bc it is likely my error.

I clicked open my voodoo partners chest to send to him. I put in his ID and had to click off the page.
When I came back the chest was gone but not sent. I somehow did it a couple of days before too.
Is it normal for the chest to disappear if open and you have to leave the page? Shouldn't it still be there when you come back? Thanks.

I moved this to help for the time being. I'm waiting for my chests to come about to test.

I tried to replicate this and I couldn't. Entered a player ID and clicked off the page to several different links, but the chest showed every time. Do you remember which you clicked to go off page?

It’s entirely possible she accidentally clicked back after sending a present and the chest would still be there. There’s a weird way to do it but it may explain the disappearance.

Like you click it, and refresh the page while it’s loading, and you won’t know what card you sent, and the chest will “disappear”

I’ve done this before on accident on my phone.

am having same problem

1 if you enter your partners number wrong they will not get the card. Seems obvious.

However if you do it once and dont notice some browser auto fills might grab it and put it in wrong for you in the future as you start typing. In this case you may not notice it happen.

2 there is a way to show a faux chest.
I think cw is describing this.
Its been a while since i have experienced this
But from best memory

I believe if
You send a chest and the hit the back button
To previous screen the chest will appear unsent.
If you try to send it, it will vanish because it was previously sent.

A similar effect may occur in a multiple open tab situation.
Where you have the same chest open in more than one window.
If you send in one window the other will vanish if you try to use it.

Also as cw stated there is something that will cause the card to send and not show a record. Ive had this happen when multi tasking a bunch of stuff and accidentally sent the card with no result shown.
