when I click someone's name, usually it pops up with their avatar, ID, the buttons to message, send gold, etc. but when I click gulueres name, though, it just comes up with a black square and I have to open it into a new tab to do anything.

this happens sometimes when I think theres too much to load on their profle. Generally if you wait long enough it will show up. Just think of it as load time- I sometimes have a similar issue with da vinci.

cdv loads instantly, gulueres never loads

Some profiles use links to websites that no longer exists or are slow to load images. Prefer imgur or other popular big providers for such images.

If you come across such a profile, send a PM to them to fix it.
If they do not fix it soon, send a PM to #1 instead so we fix it by removing it entirely.
