Plantation operating permission

I have an approved operating permission that I cannot resolve. Permission was granted but before I could settle up by paying what I bid, the server reset and there is anew Gov in the port. I get the msg to the effect that the other party to the contract is no longer governor.
I decided to wait and let the process run to timeout, I think 3 days, and start over. However, now that it has timed out, the only change I see is a notice that timeout has occurred . I still have the button to settle up with a governor who is no longer there.

Suppose another reset will clear it? I sent a msg to admin1 when this started - awaiting response.
Anyone else experienced this?

I ran into the same issue. port kept changing governors for 3 days straight. send a message to the king of the nation and ask he assign an active governor to that port.

It's been a couple hours since the timeout. Looks like it has cleared or was cleared. Maybe I can run t thru again.

If the governor changes then you can either send one to the new one or wait for the previous to return.

If the previous does not return it time, it will clear automatically.

Nations can avoid such issues. I believe this problem is mostly happening in Spain so far.
