Hey I invited a player to the game a couple weeks ago with my link. She got on but it did not show up in my invited players and I never got a credit.

Suggestions or fixes anyone?

Tough luck. Unless someone comes with specific details that can be reproduced, it is not a case we will look into.

The most common case is the usage of same network which is opted out from the referral program, as also explained there.

It is worthy to mention that after all these years of operation, we have never added a single referral manually.
To take it further, the referral rewards are nice but nothing can really compare from getting a real friend to play with you, with or without extra rewards.
