Player X had a national payout. The payout vote succeeded and in parliament shows vote expired. Clicking on Details shows the vote no longer exists. The player is eligible for an additional payout. When I submit the new payout for vote, the system says a payout vote currently exists.


UPDATE: The expired vote is now no longer available on the Parliament Screen. The payout now works. However, I shouldn't have to wait for the vote to clear from the parliament screen if the vote has since expired to submit a new payout.

as i know, the payouts are delivered at top of the hour. as example, if vote expired 07.30, you cannot set new vote until after 08.00, even if it displays voting as "expired"

Cutpurse is correct all planning for payouts should include for example 7:10 am as being delivered at 8 am. I have seen the vote expired as well, and that is why. It is in my mind your time of warning to be prepared to bank it. I now plan accordingly due to that.

That's ridiculous. You don't get notice of when the vote expires, just if you receive the funds. The vote was settled, it should either payout immediately and clear the vote or round the vote time expiration to the nearest top of the hour so it just ends at the top of the hour.
