Credits Exchange usable as a bank?

While I was massing around with the credit exchange thing, I realised, Is there a limit? Can I use it to store money on it? Like I can put up a buy for 25k per credit for 50 credits, because no one would sell it to me, is it possible for me to just store a lot of money like 50 mill in it and bam, a storage of money that I can get back anytime, unlimited space and all. No voodoo to block me like blacklist.

Sort answer is yes though but... there is a but.

While no one will hunt you down for doing this, the limits have been put there for this purpose. Perhaps we might put a higher cancellation fee if we see that the exchange is used as such.

the cancellation fee to prevent abuse of the system is not a bad thing. But if that is the only reason for that fee, it would be nice to have the option to adjust the buying rate as an extra option.

eg. i think that the exchange goes downwards and put a buying offer slightly under the going rate. however the rate goes up. to get my coveted credits i have to withdraw my first offer and put up a second at an adjusted rate.

Are you also the one that has auctions of 26k, 27k and up to 30k for 1 credit each?
These all seem like a clear attempt to SPAM.

So either you or someone else are violating the SPAM rule of the game.
I have not looked who has done it yet but I will look later if they stay there.

So you all have been properly warned; spam will not be tolerated.

Not yet. We will review expiration limits in about a month.
What mostly interest me at this point is to ensure we have no spam tactics.
