Ambush limit

In the ambush card, it says that the card is limited to max ten successful casts pr player pr 24 hours. So, if someone successfully casts 10 ambush on me, how long am I safe against new ambush attacks? Is it

A) Until server midnight, or
B) Until 24 hours have passed since the ambush attack?

I am 60% sure that it is 24hrs from last castings

Its a maximum of 10 within a 24hr period : so its a kinda flexible thing, depends how many were cast and when as to when more can be cast. example : I cast 2 on you, wait 5 hrs then cast 8 : now, no more can be cast until the first 2 casts 24hr cooldown expires : but, I can only then cast 2 more as a new 10 maximum in 24hrs has been reached : thus no more can be cast until the 8 casts expire, and so on.

So Danik says "B" too. Have anyone actually tested this? If not, I'd love to hear the right answer from Captain Jack. Not gonna spend 11 ambush cards to test it myself...
