When you are "Asking the Port Local" it should increase the NPC max. However, when the Port max is reached your NPC max remains the same?It doesn't increase, why? Is there a bug?

E.g : The highest Port max is currently 40 mill and I ask the locals,shouldn't the Port max remain at 40 mill(since it can't go higher) and the NPC max increase?

Port max is 3 mill and NPC is 2.1 mill it won't increase.

JK about the NPC max, I've now read it and it from my understanding you have to keep increasing your port max. Port max = 25% of largest buried player treasure in that port, and NPC max can equal port max/16 so maybe the port you are at doesn't have a ton of buried treasure or you just need to increase port max first
