If you don't make her to walk on clouds and love you 100% it will take longer time than it should

whats her mood, and whats her affection? if her mood isn't walking on clouds, and her affection isn't at 100% you will not get a gift every day. the lower her happiness the longer it takes. gotta treat your wife nice if you want gifts

you have to have mood and love rating to the top for it to be a present every day

Also you need to walk over any possible thingy which she has with other sailors...

it really only takes about 2 turns a day to keep it at max. one kiss and a joke usually does it. depending on your luck with the joke though.

That's still awesome my dad used to call my sister son just like myself which is hilariouse at least to me
