I am curious as I didn't try this going thru my missions. But does Pacifism work on the Misson NPC's like Blackbeard and Grace O'Malley?? Or just the NPC's that are generated thru patrol?

I am not sure maybe it does work if you guess port in which they are going to show or just cast pacifsm on every port before you start mission

Blackbeard has resistance to Pacifism, obviously

We need to reword the card perhaps. Like NPC fleets generated through Patrol.
Also, I think it is better to say at Port instead of in Port.
