4 presents per day are made up this way :
every 12 hrs, you gain a present for logging in : =2
Your wife gives a present every 24hrs : =1
You may send a present every 24hrs and get one yourself : =1
Above that, any number of players can send you a voodoo present each 24hrs.

Honest mistakes can happen. I guess that's why there is a spam policy for admin to review if mistakes happen too often by the same player.
