Duke bonus

Does the duke bonus on market sales apply only on ports governed by that nations or does it apply on all ports of any nation ?
Want to trade ships or voodoo cards or whatever, just contact me in-game.

Also the other bonuses like for a captain recruitment costs are 25% cheaper, are they port specific ?

All these bonuses apply on ports which are controlled by your nation
