Over the past month I have tried 4 times to adjust the tax rates for vietnam.
The first time worked.
But each subsequent attempt has simply ended and disappeared as if it never happened.
Is there some rule I am missing?
It is very frustrating and slowing down my plans.
Please help.

If I understand correctly, once a law is passed, it is active a minimum of 30 days before it can be changed again.

Fair enough, I was not expecting this as I had to wait for a week before I could try and change it anyway.
Thanks SHM

Release Notes wrote:Any nation official may propose a voting for a law revision once at least 72 hours has passed since the end of last voting for the particular law.

Release Notes wrote:Especially for revisions that take place within 30 days since last revision, an extra requirement of marginal votes in compare to last voting will be required.

Generally, the system will inform you with:
-Error message for first case
-Informative message at the voting screen (how many votes are needed for the law to pass).

It has not been doing this.
It has just been telling me I need more yes than no votes.
I am the only one who has ever voted for anything in vietnam
I have deported everyone else.
Nevermind I can wait.

There is a time limit that has to pass before you can change the tax rate again. I had the same issue a while back.

This might be your problem.
