this is really stupid i have to buy a captain just to get my own ship out of marina why can't i use the same captain
it is dumb and on top of that you can't raise the ships level while it is in marina which is also dumb

Stop complaining. They DID NOT have to bring the brilliant feature in , the Administrators are doing there very best, what they are doing is working 15,000 active players! It use to be 13,000... What is " Stupid " for you may be ok for another player, be thankful you have a ship to put in the mariner that is worth it!

Let me explain with an example.

A player has 10 ships and 10 captains.
If you put the ship in the private marina, you will have 10 captains, 9 ships and 1 ship in the marina. The ships in the private marina do not even appear as yours in the upkeep page as they have no upkeep. (no tax either


Now, you can build another ship! If you do, you will have 10 ships, 10 captains and 1 ship in the marina.
If you try to take the ship out of the marina, then the game will not let you as you will then have more ships than captains

One would not be moaning , if they did not put it in mariner : You only put your best warships in there to save them...

My recommendations for building big ships!
So then i have a few rules whilst building ship of the lines ect... I will tell you these...
- The first rule is by all rights , never build a ship of the line if you do not have enough money to make it to level 10 immediately , this will make it not be a subject to call levitation's.
- Do not show it off : If you show it off , and people get wound up about it , they will go after your ships , trust me you may be saying " Yeah but i have 2 million gc on me at all times " So? They can light you up call Lev your tail/tails then take the ships via ambush.
- Always keep them behind 1 level 10 cutter : Otherwise it will be 75,000 gold coins per hit : Meaning 10 hits, 750,000 gold coins would of been gone leaving them with 10 more attacks.
