Sorry: noob question, how does one accuire influence, simply by building the port and leaving it.... im not sure.

Go to Court and pay gold to Build up the Port.
Each crew member costs about 10 gold.
You buy enough influence at the port your ship is docked at to get the crew members you need.

Danger rating is effected by your trade speed and whether you attack. I will message you with more.
