Even if the port was controlle by your country, the Governor would still require you to have some rank!
Ranks are not yet enabled so there is only one way: SNEAK into her room

-When you switch countries, no fame is lost.
-To gain influence in a port, you have to Build up the port by donating gold (through Build up port link in Court). Although this is not a good idea if you are a small player.

u can use vo0doo or use it manually by attacking anyone with the same flag u have now numerous times. .to knw more join Pirate Kings. .i have sent u an invitation. .tnx

The voodoo to become a pirate is no longer available.
The only way is to attack players or NPCS (from patrol feature) in the same nation with you.
