No sir, this is not the case. I used to have multi accounts, I will admit that way back when I was in HELM for the first time - Up to 3 years ago now, I believe. I used a software to bypass the one account one IP address rule (Which I will not mention the name of the software) and they still found me out
Trust me, they know what they are doing.
