Well someone got scared.. 24h after i landed on caspian still nothing.. moving out.

attack a fleet? most of the time my fleet always showing up to get attacked on purpose.
I`ll save you time. I just landed my fleet again on caspian. It will show up for at least 8h. So go ahead.

I want to try the new Gov. daughter thing, but my country has no flags in ports. How does one influence a port to take on my flag? Also noticed the ranks thing just today. Has it always been in play? I would switch countries, but am afraid i will lose fame, is this correct? Ok. Figured out influence of country, total, controls flag. Are there mission available?
