Question for administrators

There are infinite ways one could log in via alternate IP addresses. I think this is only a small factor in what admin uses to determine If a player is unique. Basically admin telling you exactly the criteria they use to screen players, would provide a road map to skirting around it.

Nope, I don't want the exact way to research someone's account... just in general. How anyone can be sure that all of them are situated here (in the place i am right now...and btw, I am changing place, quite often, so I am using two mobile devices to be connected via hot spot, when I don't have wireless and my IPs change when I change places).
And all three devices are are located at a diameter of 2 m, but checking IP, the outcome is that they are situated in three different cities...

Devices also have their own unique signatures. You may change internet IP frequently, but if you use the same device or devices it can be tagged as well.

What If I use all three of them separately, for three different accounts... and I can chat with myself without problem, right?

You basically just described the issue of using IP to determine account uniqueness,
Super easy to log in from a different IP, similarly it is not possible to use IP to prove a player is operating their own account either.
Pretty easy to spot people that are not unique accounts. I seldom complain, because they usually disappear quickly, So I assume admin is doing their job. Remember admin has a lot more access to see things than we do.

Shortly after I joined with my main account. I created a second account (i was unaware at the time this was against the rules). I was surprised how quick ADMIN sent me a note regarding as such.

Further, my son plays PG. I contacted ADMIN to let him know the specifics and CJ set forth clear rules for what my son and I can and cannot do.

All I know is CJ has ways of tracking most things. But I am also sure if someone tried hard enough they could find a work around to have multiple accounts.

What If some member of my family, or my friend in boarding school, or some other kind of institution, doesn't play some game, but I use their comps, phones, tablets to make different accounts (so, if admins can investigate our real names via providers, they can't find anything suspicious), how can they know that all that accounts are (not) only mines?

In this case, they won't be able to track all data. Lana there are ways to game the system.. All of us can only hope that other will be trustworthy. Those untrustworthy show their true colors soon enough and are dealt with.
