Messages missing at message limit

I recently hit the message limit of 5000.

When I hit 5000 (after deleting some - very painful) it seems to cause multiple issues
Haron reported similar issues in Help>Message missing but Argo hijacked the thread

1. Recent messages to me disappear

2.Old replies by me disappear - this has always happened - I don't know if that is a feature
The difference near 5000 is that some reappear so
2a Current messages that I have read disappear
2b I couldn't see my replies before June in a particular conversation
Then I couldnt see replies from October
Then I couldnt see replies from the previous day
Then I could see replies back to July
Currently I can see replies back to 10-19

3 The problem only seems to occur in conversations with other players at their message limit of 5000.

Goto page 480
Select all (10)
Delete selected
Confirm
Display shows first page so repeat previous steps

I also have this problem. I have to delete messages because I too am at the message limit and I often get altered/no replies to my messages.

When others reach the limit too, their oldest replies disappear from convos.
Not all have 5000 though, so you might miss earlier dates messages.

This is not about old messages, but new ones.

Let's say I send a message A to Jose. He replies with a message B. We both read both messages. But next day, when I wish to reply to message B with a message C, message V is gone. Both from my conversation and that of Jose.

PS. This actually happened to me with another player than Jose, and to Jose with another player than me.
