What happened to the " Piracy" Voodoo Card?

What happened to the Voodoo card "Piracy"?

It was in the Encyclopedia a few months ago; Now it has gone, pirates?

If I recall, its purpose was to remove x player from nation.

So, what happened?

What, this was removed in 2012? Why did it appear 3 months back in the Encyclopedia again?

But who knew... :lol:
