Welcome Kymani. You are obviously an influential young man with forming a guild (BaWTA) at such an early stage of development in the game.
I would recommend you take a hiatus from your guild into a more established guild for a couple months to help you learn the ropes as it were in Pirates.
You could then take your knowledge back to BaWTA and help your members become successful contributors to your guild and game.
