i applaud your persistence and self promotion, but just know, there is always someone smarter and better than you out there. you never have the best way. especially in a game like this, there are a great variety of ways to succeed, meaning your way might be good, but it is not the best. "best" is such a relative term - your idea may work for some, but it certainly won't work for all

I think by citizen, he means it as a member of a nation, not a rank. afterall you can be anything from a peasant to a king in a nation, but your still technically a citizen aswell.

I'm not competitive. My goals and intentions are a bit different. Its hard for everyone to understand them. I want to check how much i can help, and how much i will get for helping. How hard it will be. Why to do that? Maybe i'm a crazy arrogant.
