Also, once the government offered a bounty (cash) for positives, your "covid related" deaths are going to increase. I know a few people who were diagnoses as covid without a test. Only to find out later they didnt have it, hell my neighbor was put in the covid ICU unit because her doctor told her that the severe pains in her belly were a rare covid effect. They finally tested her and found she was negative pulled her out of covid unit and found she had appendicitis.
So more cases are coming, more hospital care will be needed, but so long as the death rate stays low, there is no need for panic.
Anyone remember H1N1 swine flu "From April 12, 2009 to April 10, 2010, CDC estimated there were 60.8 million cases (range: 43.3-89.3 million)" CDC, in the United States alone the first year of that pandemic.
By all means, we should not panic. That helps no one. However, do not be tricked to believe that the number of "Covid deaths" are blown up. Look at the excess death rate. A lot more people than expected have died since the pandemic hit USA. Without any other major candidate, we have to attribute these excess dead to Covid, either directly or indirectly.
