[Concluded] Forthcoming game update notice

Greetings all,

Here are 2 updates that are worth to notice you before hand:

1.Voodoo card Change
-Agitate voodoo card will be replaced with a new card which will be as follows:
Name: Commandeer
Target Type: Ship
Rarity: Rare
Turns needed: 8
Description:
Select a ship.
If target ship is not in a fleet, it becomes yours.
Additionally, if ship owner has no other ships in a fleet, he loses 10% of his fame and you earn half of it.


2.Mechanism Update
-If during the daily update, you have no ships, you lose 50% of your fame.
(Applicable to anyone that has 1 000 fame or more)


This update will fix the loophole which currently allows a player to become immune by emptying all his fleets and/or selling them all.

3.New Voodoo Card
A new voodoo card will be added:
Name: Undercover
Card Type: Artifact
Target Type: Player
Rarity: Uncommon
Turns needed: 3
Description:
Hides your identity from your next voodoo curse victim.

Undercover will be instead added as a card ability at first (and not as a card). First cards to get this from existing set will be Antagonize and Booty Master.

(This means that if you cast Undercover and right afterwards you cast Antagonize on Target Player(#xxx) then Target Player (#xx) will see Someone casted Antagonize on you instead of CasterPlayer(#yyy) casted antagonize on you).


4.Voodoo card Change
-Rotten Food voodoo card will be replaced with a new card which will be as follows:
Name: Inside Man
Target Type: Fleet
Rarity: Common
Turns needed: 1
Description:
Reveal all ship details and composition of target fleet

All 4 updates will be activated soon so prepare yourself accordingly.

Do the replacement cards retain the same ID number so that currently held Agitate and Rotten Foods cards become Commander and Inside Man?

Yeap.
For example, If you have 10 Agitate cards, then after the change, you will have 10 Commandeer cards.

Mechanism Update - would it be better to apply the penalty immediately the last ship is sold, so players cannot sell everything and then buy 1 ship just before midnight, and sell it just afterwards?

Or simply make it impossible to remove your last ship from a fleet
Without your suggestion, that thought wouldn't even have crossed my mind.

You cannot sell the last ship anyway.

Undercover card was deemed too powerful. So instead we will use it as a card ability and we will add it to specific cards.

As a start we will only add it to Booty Master, Antagonize.

Feel free to suggest more cards (ie Spy network ?) and we can review it. (use voodoo cards forum section - in undercover ability topic)
