Wrong. OSHA deals with workplace safety, primarily toward construction. It is well within their job to regulate and standardize safety on a jobsite, which includes and has included well before COVID safe practices for using masks and respirators.
You really shouldn't spout out information unless you know what you are talking about. And believe me OSHA standards on masks and respirators have been around for years. The standards for using them exist to keep people safe to include effects for prolonged usages.
Who do you think is involved in the regulation of masks and their standards? CDC, NIOSH, and wait for it... OSHA.
