Edit-also I feel like you 2 should probably discuss this deal of yours in in game messages rather then forums, but that's not a rule just a personal preference, so feel free to continue if you wish. If nothing else it makes it clear to everyone how negotiations went

Fair is fair.... issue the warning. The thread was referenced in conversation and he basically denied his action were similar in anyway to what has occurred since.
