Nation missions: Skirmishes count as an attack

It is already absurdly easy to change nations and rank up.
This would just make it way easier.

I see your point but there are a lot more pressing issues than nation rank for newbs. No sense in having a Marquess that has 2 sotl and 3 flag galleons as a fleet

if you are a nation that welcomes and supports joining members, an experienced player from your nation should help the new players
with missions, That would included helping them locate suitable targets for rank up.
