I agree. I still think this card needs to become more expensive (maybe throw in a few expensive cards in the recipe?). Anyway, I personally believe that the most important aspect of this card is in place. When (if) we get a shortlist of the legendary voodoo suggestions that Captain Jack is willing to consider for the Witch Hut, we can look closer on the exact pricing of each card. Also, I expect that this is something that may be altered after an initial stage of the Witch Hut, if the admins see the need for some price changes.

Should this legendary card target 1 victim player and the caster receives the extra loot ONLY when plundering that player?
OR
Should it be cast on a player and that player gets the extra loot when plundering ANY other player?

Is this suggestion worth taking up a legendary voodoo card spot?

Is this you saying you won't comment on the thread or you saying this is a bad idea? :P

Despite this, I am in favor of this if theres a 'hard' limit of attacks (Lets say 100 attacks)

Maybe 50% can be from the players treasury, then the other 50% given from the game? As that way, it will be 'easier' to defleet someone (Long as if you have this card, bringing more action into Avonmora) and if the defleet fails - Some fine booty you have made, just by attacking fleets (Bringing gold raids back like Vane is doing now.)
