For example currently only 17 Treasure Fleet in auction. Even now more than two players cant have enough ingredients to craft this card. And its not easy to get Treasure Fleet card in packages too. Only the players who have tremendous voodoo stashs will get benefit from this card. Until the stashs dry. I think not for only this suggestion but for all suggestions the recipe should reflect not only current voodoo stocks also future ones.
We should consider to decrease popular cards amounts in recipes and add gold bars to balance the prize. This will also help and encourage goldsmiths. And im not saying decrease the cost of cards. make it 2x more expensive but use less cards in recipes.
This card will bring too much profit to bigger traders and less profit to average traders. which means a traders like Captain D. (No offense:) ) can easily pay 3-4x more credits for the recipe cards. Because he can easily make 10-15m more daily profits. This part is the biggest problem. Most traders cant compete with bigger traders on bidding. This will break the balance of game even more. Thats why im suggesting to use less cards more gold, gold bars and time in recipes.
Time is most important part for legendary card suggestions. if we want to keep balance in game, time consume should be well planned. Simply a bigger trader shouldnt be able to both keep this voodoo %100 active on him and craft other voodoos he desire.
Profit And Usage:With 5 favorable winds for slowest party card route you will get %20 more profits daily. for fastest party card route you will get %100 more profits daily. Your craft cost will be 12-15m(due to popularity of recipe cards) an average 250-300 ships trader(4lmm 1 howker) can cover card's costs and will be able to make some profits too(ingredient cards prize will determine the profit). For bigger traders who have 600 or more ships can easily make 10m additional daily profits. Which in my opinion will encourage traders to increase their ship counts. More bigger trader means more target for raids. Now

As a Resistance effect i think some cards should immune to purify instead of %65 resistance. When a guild mate will targeted by harmful voodoos i would like to cancel harmful voodoos on him. and my help easily become more destructive than harmful voodoos on him. This is not good to encourage cooperation and help between guildmates.
