But I'm going to use I think Xepshunall's analogy which roughly is if you are in the shooting range then people have the right to shoot u fairly, if someone puts you in the shooting range that's a different story. That is coming from one of the most respected players in the game

I respect you, and your opinion. I was talking from what i've witnessed. So, it's fair to say, if he's on the boardand i attack him it won't cause anything? But, if he puts me on the board with voodoo is it safe to say that i can officialy have him on my AOS?

First of all, Retiro, in never attacked you more than twice, second i never cast ANY voodoo on you.

i think that it is fair to say that if you are on the plunder board (with enough danger for two attacks in a row) you are not being a very smart player, now i am not trying to insult you or how you play, but if you put yourself on the board, (Being worth it as you have substantial fame (it shows when i click on your name)), a pirate as i currently am, i attacked fairly.

Sorry, I am a fairly new player and I am not sure I understood. If Doomiris attacks me in the first hour after joining the game it's ok, but if I retaliate in any way I am in the wrong??? Did I get the point right?

Maybe I should have paid him a tax from the beginning actually, help build his merchant fleets instead of building mine Am I still in time?

Everyone knows doom does this and that us universally not accepted but yes that is the major loophole in that rule even if your in a guild. Retaliating as a small player is usually never seen as something wrong.

No matter what the way the respond on their own. But if your guild begins casting voodoo that is breaking the rule to my understanding. If it becomes a normality in that player attacking you then a response in voodoo would also be understandable by the general community. Does that help?
