I believe that the policy that the TMN/IMO has for war is you hit us we destroy you and all your friends.

I'd like to ask anyone who reads these posts: Do you think that if guild member is on the plunder board, and a pirate hits you (especially if they are in a guild(albeit a pirate guild)) that this is a ground for war?

I fail to see the reasoning of these people, if i hit them when they are on the plunder board, they should be fair game, as discussed in previous posts.

Lastly, Its not my fault they are on the plunder board, if you don't want to be hit stay off it, it is as simple as that.

1.) we didn't "destroy". Destroy is a strong word. If we did destroy you. you would know as well other people if we DESTROYED YOU because your fleets would've been popping up in which ever port they were in. (felt like being evil) hahaha
2.) we were simply portecting the new player. None of the TMN members has attacked you!
3.) those players who you attacked are still learning the game therefore still doesn't understand everything. They makes mistake such as putting a trade route less than an hour or using a voodoo to speed up their route causing them to appear on the board. That is because they are new to the game and still learning all the basics and getting hang off things.
4.) As you said it yourself if you don't want to be attacked stay off the board. Since you attacked players, this has caused you to appear on the board. End result you get attack by imo members. so i quote

First of all, i am in the process of being voodoo'd by a player named Bronze, i am sure you have heard of him. I attempt to hit only players not in a guild. If the target i choose, as a target with enough to be gained, i will hit it, i personally am trying to gradually switch from pure piracy to a merchant, but i need to have fleets to attack and defend with if necessary, such as my doom raiders. if a member of IMO/TMN, such as bronze literally sends me a message saying, i quote, "I will wait patiently until your mindbar wears off, and then you shall be voodoo'd no less than 5 times." i consider this an act of war. I suggest you back off, if you claim to retaliate only when attacked, then only do that, i see a plunder thats worth it, i attack it. My policy is a hit for a hit. Please keep that in mind. If you attack first, i will retaliate with a single attack per hostile action. Some actions i will forgive as they are rash and uncalled for.

Then you were falsely accusing us of trying to destroy when only a single player who is new to the game tried casting a few voodoos. Now as compensation if some voodoo has affected you, i will purify it myself so tell me how many voodoo has been cast? Also i will tell him not to do anymore voodooing.

If I see a fleet of combat ships on the plunder screen I consider it fair game for plundering. If it's a level 1 howker or another cheap trade ship then it's not worth plundering because it's a new player and I risk more by being on the plunder screen than I get from plundering.

I usually only attack combat fleets but I think in most cases if it's on the plunder screen it's fair game.

How is it that TMN/IMO is always the bad guy? Last i recall you asulted me first Doom. Even when i wasn't on the plundered board you casted voodoo on me, so i retaiated. I just don't understand how we are always the bad guys.

i agree...or if its doomy, but i think he learned to keep his shiny lvl10 cutters by holding enough money so i cant steal them

First, i don't think that Bronze is a new player in the game, he has 8 mil fame and is a second officer in the IMO. He is obviously not weak, plus i hit a fully capable war fleet. I agree upon a NAP, but i want to be able to be safe from voodoo as well. Plus i am gaining substantial trade fleets as we speak, i don't like piracy, but i think that it is a must in a game called Pirate's Glory.

Because TMN and IMO do the most stuff worth accusation. Don't get me wrong, Fox is getting there but TMN and IMO are by far the leaders of complaint for suspicious and wrong behavior/actions.

If you say so then okay i'll respect your opinion, but there have been times where TMN/IMO have been attacked first with offensive voodoo, and we just retaiate, but we are look as bad because when we retaliate it shows on battles, but voodoo doesn't. That's why we are all looked at as the starters, you know it's fine it it's hard to believe, but i have no reason to lie, i'm saying what i beieve and have witnessed myself. As far as Doomiris goes, a while back while i was in IMOhe plundered me when i had jsut recently started, and i asked Achillies for assistance, and since then he has been accusing TMN/IMO about destroying his ships. Did he ever mention that? No, because it falls to where i just said, he attacks first with voodoo and then makes himsef the victim when he gets plundered. He did it to me last week.
