Oh yes - As long as the hours are dramatically cut down...

How would it be damaging though? Perhaps, there could be legendary Voodoo Card that no fleet can detect your fleet as a pirate one.

That forces a pirate to lose battles..

Pirates never did and my mind shouldn't engage in an action that guarantees defeat. Pirates looked for prizes and made their plans to succeed they would never attempt a prize that would require them to sit an wait for the Navy to arrive...

Thus, this keeping SoTL or MoW for 48 hours is pretty much forcing pirates to lose battles. Or restricting hit and run tactics which is what traditional pirates used.

Not at all.. you can move it around you just cant sell it or put it in the marina.

This just simulates high alert. The navy would be looking for you after stealing such a prize. You can still defend it and sail it around to hide it the best you can, as any pirate would have.

You conduct a raid with cheaper ships to avoid heavy losses, now you cant move that fleet and any other player can easily beat you in a plunder.

You can't move the fleet that attacked, not the one with the big ships in ;)

I know, that my issue with this.

CJ's suggestion I can move all fleets with no restriction...

Example:

I pull a raid with my Flagship.. Now sure i can move and sell those big ships i took but what about my Flagship? It would be left vulnerable. I'd much rather have to defend some ships i took than risk any reprisal or loss of my Flagship.
